For the 3d I used a filter on the art software I use ibis paint x called relief but before I did that I did this in lineless art each the limbs and eye and mouth had their own layer then I got a texture for the fish called fishscales I lowered the opacity and than I used the relief filter for all the limbs it took some time to get it right and now it looks 3d! ^^
