At one time, several furs here had cerberi characters: there were
kylechimera's Maxwell,
nekulesocool's Cerberus,
genowolf1982's Sky, Hail, & Runt, and Hyaku's Cerberus. While the idea of having my own cerberus character was interesting, I did not have any reason why I would make my own.
However, this American Thinker article gave me that inspiration. Though the article comparing human resources, DEI, and governmen to Cerberus was intended to insult or otherwise paint a fearsome image, that mental image ended up coming off very cool.
Consisntent wi the article, I wanted eac head to represent an Asian or Pacific Islander nation that was not a member of Nippon, Zhongwa, or Hanguk. After looking through many native Asian breeds, I settled on a Vietnamese Lài and a Malaysian Telomian. I had one of t heads be a Hawai'ian Poi, since I feel that would be very appropriate here. Admittedly, the style came out Anglosphere or European influenced, since I wanted to experiment wi three distinct but similar styles.
I actually planned this since soon after the article was released, bu these years I had been feeling very 'bruh'. I only managed to ge this yesterday because of ArtFight.

The left head is a Vietnamese Lài in charge of human resources. He is a real charmer, classy yet sincere and a fabulous listener. The way he resolves conflicts involve him first using his charm in getting other parties into focusing on him; this helps them get their minds off any hostility they have with each other and feel at ease giving their perspectives of the conflict without fear of provoking more hostility from others. Having this focus on him also 'realigns' everyone to a neutral point from where a solution can be given to everyone. On solutions, one of his biggest emphases is equity. Those who go through his resolution sessions tend to leave with a type of joy and even a bit of charm, both which they share with other. Even in situations where one or more is unambiguously wrong, they leave with a sense of humility, yet feeling glad that true justice prevailed over arrogance.
The middle head is a Hawai'ian Poi in charge of DEI. He is the most cheerful of the three, yet his cheer is of the 'sustained release' variety. The classes he teaches are deceptively simple, since he mainly works vocally. Any text and imagery are mainly to the benefit of those with disabilities and those not used to English. However, even when teaching many students of diverse backgrounds, those who attend his classes invariably feel that they feel his message on a deep level. They do not feel 'immersed' in terms of 'I feel that I am living through there myself!'; rather, they gain an unseen, yet still real, intuition from his lessons that they later apply in their lives. Those who study his lesson style can gain some artistic growth in terms of composition and delivery, but his lessons have many subtleties that make replication very difficult.
The right head is a Malay Telomian who manages government services in general. He is good at deciphering the arcane, logic puzzles, or simply spending hours reading on end without getting tired. He has a very large vocabulary, too. If someone is stuck, overwhelmed, or otherwise demotivated at work, he is very good at calming others, yet those whom he calms also feel that their excess energy had been compartmentalised in some way. He then uses his abilities in finding a solution, sometimes succinctly guiding someone through that solution, thus clearing a pathway. That compartmentalised energy would then drive someone through that pathway, motivating someone through someone's job.
