So I decided to do another Photoshop picture. Hell, it's only my second one.
This time I took the drawing and did not create line art for it, instead using the pencil sketch as the base (which explains the sketchy, dirty look) Color, shadow, gradient, ect.
Problem is that I meant to create a background for this, but unfortunately I ran into trouble and didn't think ahead, which explains the boring dark background. Also I had some trouble with one of my layers when I erased the white background if you do a close-up near Waluigi's hair - somehow that part would not erase and I flipped through all of the layers to see if it was another one that I was missing.
Let's see. This time I decided to try out my shadows and light, along with some anatomy.
Seriously, this is my favourite pairing ever. No cute, bishi men allowed. I was undecided whether Eggman was supposed to have a Chaos Emerald in his hand or not. Truth be told, if I knew I wasn't going to have the outside field of grass background, I should have went with that. BAH.

Waluigi crouched over the lumbering scientist with mockery in his ample frame. Oh, Ivo just wasn't expecting him at all! And what's that? Flowers, hmmmm?
Was that egotistical madman just doing something he wouldn't admit to the outside world? Picking flowers for Waluigi! How chivalrous and noble.
Oh and are we going to have fun!
"Now, just what is Waluigi going to do with you?" the lanky delinquent murmured through his smile. Ivo could swear that a glitter of lust twinkled in his eye and he huffed.
"Do your worst!"
Was that an invitation or a bluff from the scientist? Well, both would have some fun consequences no matter what...
"What first? Should Waluigi give you a spanking for not being a proper villain?"
Waluigi plucks off Robotnik's glasses and leans down to kiss the man roughly, before continuing.
"But first, I want to show you my gratitude."
