They are actually two different species.

The big grey one is a blind creature, strong, and stubborn.

The orange one is a slime, very sensitive to their environment, capable of twisting and expanding their body in multiple shapes, but also very fragile.

They both started to work closely together hundred of years ago and slowly became almost a full new species.

Their current name is “Symbionts”. That could be the name I stick for, but as always, feel free to suggest ideas if you have :3
