She kind of doesn't know what to think, here. I actually think "uh... whoa" is one of those reactions to TF that we don't get a lot of, even though IMO it's pretty legit. I guess it might help to be part of something (in this case, a medical trial) which must be happening to other people, so you could kind of keep that "not alone" feeling in the back of your mind.

That, of course, was too much narration for the comic itself, but it's a little bit of my thought process for it.
