Each of our trains is configured as follows: Car 1 is dedicated to Executive class, offering a total of 48 seats with space for one wheelchair user and bike racks. Cars 2, 3, and 7 are Comfort class cars, each providing 90 seats. Car 4 features 84 Comfort class seats and accommodations for two wheelchair users. Car 5 includes 63 Comfort class seats, a mini café, and bike racks. Car 6 has 66 Comfort class seats, facilities for two wheelchair users, an ADA-compliant accessible toilet, and bike racks. Car 8 contains 75 Comfort class seats and space for one wheelchair user. Each car is equipped with gender-neutral toilets at the end, large baggage storages, and overhead bins. • Easy Ticketing: Ensure you're ready for your trip with a valid ticket. Purchase tickets conveniently through our official website, the Ride NSL app, station counters, or ticket vending machines. You can buy tickets from 30 days up to two hours before your departure time. Please note that we only accept digital payments via QR code-enabled apps, iFruit Pay, Drone Pay, and credit/debit cards; cash payments are not accepted. Using the Ride NSL app? Be aware that our advanced LiveQR technology generates a new QR code every minute, starting 30 minutes before departure. Screenshots of tickets are not valid for entry due to security reasons. Keep your Ride NSL app open for quick and hassle-free boarding. If your phone battery is low or you prefer a physical ticket, simply present your ID at a station counter to obtain one. Purchased Veloz tickets for others? Easily send them via the Ride NSL app with just a few taps for their safe use.

• Boarding Tips: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure, as boarding gates close 5 minutes prior for safety reasons. Gates open 20 minutes before departure to reduce waiting times on the platform. Executive class ticket holders benefit from priority boarding, ensuring shorter queues. We kindly ask all travelers to prioritize individuals with disabilities, seniors, families with children, and pregnant passengers, regardless of ticket class.

• Group Traveling: Group travel with Veloz refers to journeys involving 20 or more passengers traveling together. To ensure a seamless experience, reservations must be made in advance, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before departure. Full payment is required upon booking. Please be aware that group tickets cannot be refunded or modified once the departure date is confirmed. Seating assignments are subject to availability and will be finalized upon confirmation. A designated group leader is essential to liaise with our staff, manage payments, and ensure adherence to our policies by all group members. If you have specific requests such as wheelchair accessibility or dietary requirements, please inform us when booking. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the type of group (e.g., educational tours, corporate groups) and the travel route.

• Cancellation and Refund: Veloz tickets (excluding group bookings) can be refunded if canceled up to two hours before your scheduled train departure. A 10% cancellation fee will apply. Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within three days.

• Rescheduling: We provide a flexible rescheduling policy that permits you to modify your reservation without any charges, as long as changes are made up to two hours before your original train's scheduled departure. Please be aware that fare adjustments may apply depending on your updated itinerary.

• We're Photogenic: We know many people love taking pictures of and with our trains, and we welcome you to do so. However, please be mindful: do not cross the white line on the platform and avoid damaging the train. If you wish to photograph our crew, please ask for their consent first and ensure you don’t interfere with their duties in assisting other passengers. If you share your photos on social media, don't forget to tag us using our handle @RideNSL, which is the same across all platforms.

Comfortable Seating
• Stay in Your Seat: Sit back and enjoy your designated seat as indicated on your ticket. It helps everyone settle in quickly and comfortably. Swapping seats isn't allowed to ensure everyone's comfort.

• Wheelchair Users: Veloz trains provide accessible seating options for passengers needing wheelchair accommodations. We have designated spaces and accessible restrooms for wheelchair users, along with priority boarding to minimize wait times.

Luggage Allowance
• Carry-On Convenience: Each passenger can bring two carry-on bags and two personal items, within size limit of 28 x 22 x 14 inches (70 x 55 x 35 cm) and weight limit of 50 pounds (22.7 kg).

• Checked Baggage: Checked baggage services are available at all stations for your convenience.

• Cyclists Welcome: Foldable bikes are allowed, provided they are stored in the designated area at cars 1, 5, and 6. We have space for 12 foldable bikes per train and we recommend you reserve a bike spot when ordering your ticket; it's free of charge.

Onboard Conduct
• No Smoking: Our trains are smoke-free, including e-cigarettes.

• No Items with Strong Odors: We acknowledge that certain species may have sensitivity to specific smells. Hence, items emitting strong odors are prohibited on our trains.

• Responsible Drinking: Alcohol consumption is permitted only if purchased onboard.

• Respectful Behavior: Keep noise levels down, use headphones for electronic devices, and wear appropriate clothing. Please do not attempt to open the train doors while the train is in motion, avoid damaging the train facilities by using them improperly, and help us keep our trains clean by not littering.

• Pet Policy: We welcome our scaly friends. Reptiles must wear diapers to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all passengers.

• Disembark at the Right Station: Please disembark only at the station specified on your ticket. Do not exit before or after this station. Your physical ticket or QR code will not be valid at any other station.

Safety First
• Follow Instructions: Always follow crew instructions for a safe journey.

• Be Informed: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and safety procedures.

• No Firearms: Firearms are prohibited on our trains unless you hold a concealed carry permit or are a law enforcement or military personnel/officer.

• No Flammable Items: Items that can catch fire, whether they are in liquid, solid, or gaseous form, are prohibited on our trains. Power banks exceeding 20,000 mAh capacity are prohibited.

Stay Connected
• Wi-Fi Access: Enjoy our complimentary Wi-Fi. Do note that streaming might be restricted to ensure everyone gets a fair share.

• Stay Powered Up: Power outlets are available at each seat to keep your devices charged.
