Some Poke-Shark was supposedly looking after Chomper for the day. Unfortunately the little monster got out when she wasn't paying attention, enabling it to rampage through the neighborhood and letting everyone get their turn to be TF'd into chain chomps. Chomper went about causing mayhem everywhere until eventually inviting himself into one particular home.

Meanwhile, local inflation streamer Haro was just starting up a stream, head starting to inflate from the donations. Suddenly, their door swung open and some critter with a chain tail was standing on all fours in the doorway. It immediately swung it's tail at Haro, with a wide grin on it's face. Chomper's chain tail attatched itself to Haro, who's head was already ballooning up. Haro's body would be condensed and TF'd into an inflatable chain chomp live on camera. Chomper wasn't heavy enough to act as a weight for Haro and was lifted up toward the ceiling in surprise as Haro struggles with any movements in their new form.
And despite being too late, Asuna sends Haro a DM in shock at how Chomper was even there in the first place.
