This lovely sylveon is the head of the university's student council over at Snoutless 's Pokemon Academy OC series, and was originally made alongside Lu and Ly as their primary antagonist. We never got around to coloring her so Snoutless did a design update from her 2018, yay.

A goodie-two-shoes with great grades, great rapport with staff and students, and just the most LOVABLE supportive leader any and all could hope and strive to be.
Clearly nothing nefarious could possibly be going on with her having such high voter turnout and being uncontested in the popularity department.
