A couple of poems I wrote that are lore for the setting of my game idea. The first one I uploaded on another site on July 2nd. The second one I posted on another site yesterday. The first is discussing how the main character in my game, a bat, considers all the people of the world to be his people. At the very least anyway, as he has no idea if space aliens exist. It goes over his confrontation with the leader of a bunch of cyborg moles. The other one the bat character's mother is talking to one of the other cyborg mole characters, which goes from discussing what they are named after to harder topics as the mole she is talking to starts breaking down in tears. That poem is arranged so every other line is a different character talking. They alternate who speaks. Does that explain it well?
Am I allowed to get into deep topics if the darker things happen "offscreen" and the characters are merely discussing it? Am I getting too deep into religious themes as well?
