That is a cool and detailed watch design. =D

I have one of these! Maybe not the same model, but I entirely see what you mean with the chonky style being right for that kind of technology. I believe mine is one of the first generations of G-shock so it lacks a lot of the sophistication of the later models, but I believe it still works. Seems like later models ended up with neat features like a few 'smart' features like step tracking, and even bluetooth for your phone. I think I prefer my 'vintage' one, though. They're chonky for the shock mounting and are very resilient to damage.

If I had something like this I'd be using it in the reverse fashion, however, to shrink down on demand... Hopefully the battery doesn't run out and leave me stranded at a tiny size...
