To start with, these lines are not mine! And I don't claim them to be mine. The lines were made by 
mushimagicsuits And I merely colored it myself.
This is the first ref sheet I've actually put up on here of Kai but I have to mention that this is slightly updated (The XIII was not there before).
So Kai is obviously a red and black wolf ^^ The marking over her eye and the two lines on her neck are "scars" but I like them to look like regular markings rather than scars.
Her eyes are dark green, she has black pawpads and claws because her paws are red. And as per the new addition, she has the roman numeral for 13 (XIII) on her left ankle.
