Another commission for my friend Marciwrites on DeviantArt; with the US Coast Guard's Birthday Ball coming up in early August, they wanted a dress design for their glamorous poodle lady, Marceline, and I was happy to spoof that with a Rococo-styled dress based on Coast Guard aesthetics. The vast blonde updo with the 'Barque Eagle' cutter positioned in it was a particular favorite detail for me; hope you all enjoy~!
