He was found in the slums of Omega, abandoned my his family and left to rot in the lawless station. But his fate changed after meeting the Dragon know as Razor. He was given a new purpose, abandoning his given family name and working under the name of Saevius. He was trained by the Dragon during the two years when the Normandy was destroyed and Shepard was spaced.

Saevius [Redacted] is a tech specialist that was trained to be a spy, gathering Intel for his Boss/Master [[much like the shadow broker and his agent.]] Trained in the ways of an assassin in case he's ordered to take out key personnel to stir up inner conflict and weaken their numbers. Work better in the shadows above the walk ways and streets of Omega. His face is always hidden, only showing it when his Master commands him to.
