Now she had her surprise début at Confuzzled 2011 I can post some photos of my partial suit.
I think she came out really fantastic and with the dress I got looks just like the reference. Well done to HoneyHusky for doing such a great job of her.

Typical. (Folkmanis does a bobcat puppet, and I managed to find -- of all species -- a caracal plush several years ago.)
El Tigre's ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5852156 ) former mom is a Scot, and I know she's back in the UK. That's why she had to give him up; he's diabetic, and the necessary quarantine wouldn't have allowed for his diet, testing and insulin. Perhaps she'd be willing to make a little visit for me...

Treatment is very similar to human diabetics: a switch to low-carbohydrate food is the first step. His glucose gets tested twice a day -- we lance his ear and use a human glucometer -- then an insulin injection. It becomes as much a habit as brushing one's teeth. Tigre doesn't mind much at all; doesn't even flinch ninety-five percent of the time. Happy and healthy otherwise.
He is our second diabetic, actually: Emperor Norton ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5583386/ ) was our first, and then later on we adopted Rusty ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5858995/ ). Rusty's diabetes was very well controlled, but our other kids weren't happy and we had to find him a new home. Diabetics present some challenges, true, but they more than repay the effort. Most people aren't willing to put that effort in -- diabetics are extremely difficult to place -- and that's a terrible, terrible thing.
