One of my friends who works for the local newspaper here in Chico was doing an article about Second Life and alternate identities. She knows about me and my participation in our modest little fandom, so she came to me and asked if it was a program I used.
I don't use second life, I have the program installed on my computer but don't touch it. I prefer to stick to my first life, which is actually pretty fucking awesome (flame me if you want). But I know enough about SL to feel I would be a good interviewing candidate for her topic.
The article was actually pretty interesting, and I suppose it felt nice to be able to be a sort of spokesman for furries, as it were. The article is slightly longer than the picture I took from my iPhone, but hey, what's a moment of glory?
Her editor seems to have watered down a lot of what I said. But such is life?

What kind of reaction has it gotten?
