Now I said I wasn't going to make this week end a boozey one that went out the window when I found something that will be featured in my next post.

Since that dictated I would have atleast one or two drinks to test it out I wanted something fairly low octane and a Beer based drink seemed good. Besides this looked like fun and I love red dwarf

so go to  ~faccc2 and find a good chicken vindaloo and if your old enough wash it down with this

Now of course to make it show accurate you need leopard lager but since thats thin on the ground here we have a yummy replacement

Beer milk shake
Ingredients
1 pint beer a chocolate stout
1 pint chocolate Ice cream
2 oz creme de cacao
1 ounce chocolate sauce (more to taste and for decoration)

steps
1 in blender or food processer add beer, ice cream, chocolate and creme de cacao and mix on low setting till well combined try to avoid over mixing
2 if you want drizzle chocolate sauce down the sides of your serving vessel before pouring out your drink
3 optional Garnish with whipped cream (some left over blue curacao cream from the sucker punches could be fun.) and a moonshine or marachjino cherry

This was really really good me and the fox were both happy to take this all in..
also a single batch is a good amount for 2 people
