Yes, I used the Flood Carrier as inspiration. Originally it was supposed to be a different form of the Parasitoid creatures created by Themefinland (FA) but decided to lean heavily into the bodyhorror aspect after seeing the first sketch.

Love the way you captured the size and weight of the pustules; super bilious, really well done on the way it pushes out but also sags down beneath its own size and weight of the blisters. Fantastic work on the light and color as well, really helps bring out that "ooze-filled infection" angle, as well as the added mutation of the jaw. Fantastic work!

This reminds me of a dream where I had a somewhat similar growth to the sacs on my arm, popped it with my teeth, then the fluid got into my mouth. It was the most DISGUSTING thing I have ever fucking tasted in both waking and sleeping life. So uh fantastic picture!
