Straps also known as Experiment 173 or "Dream portal" as the white coats would say... and from her arms... they kinda abused the sh%t out of her, most wounds are healed up on the rest of her body, but her right arm never got a chance to fully heal as for her left arm, they used to test different types of chemicals and see what happens to her
She's also the second character of mine who can make a dream portal when asleep (tho unlike the first one, she got hurt and abused for it)
