I have a cold, and my voice is not up to par.

The background was very nice. You didnt drown it out. ^_^
I agree with the user above you should try to rest your voice when sick. If you dont you can permanently damage your singing voice.
The ending was absolutely beautiful.
You did the vocal parts nicely, just had that sick voice in it a little but that cant be helped.
Cant wait to hear the final when you feel better.
