This is done in Reason 3.0 using 4 patches (3 really, 2 are the same patch but mirrored in style). Patch one is Atomic Weight (filter 1:37, Resonance 2:41, attack time 3:0, Release time 4:50) with true 80s, cheapener, and chorus bypass on. Patch two is Atomic Weight (filter 1:37, Resonance 2:87, attack time 3:127, Release time 4:76) with true 80s, cheapener, and Dly bypass on. Patch three is Dog Collar (piano sound) with spread mode 1:0, string filt freq 2:64, string filt Reso 3:0. And Patch four is Auto DnB [Run] with Drum Shaper 1:79, Subbass level 2:121, atmosphere trim 3:85, lead release 4:28.
Note, these are the levels i chose, which is equivalent to Hieroglyphics to you since nobody uses Reason anymore.

Sounds really cool! Brings back memories!
I enjoyed the panning but at a few points I think it panned a little bit to much but that may just sound that way because of my headphones. hahahaha (they are poor quality.)
The ending was a little abrupt but that was the only thing I could find at alll that was negetive.
