Huzzah, another D&D character commission! This is Rasklan, the client's forge cleric Topaz dragonborn. In D&D, gem dragonborns are known for their psionic abilities, hence the floating shards. I love that I can contribute a gemstone dragonborn piece to the internet. I don't see a lot of dragon anthros with floating shards yet. Topaz dragonborns' breath attack are necrotic and so I filled the furnace with purple charcoal instead of the usual fire. As I was painting this, I like to imagine that the material he's working with hardens with age, so he needs to be masterful in determining the right amount of aging to work with this material.
