This is what my goo creatures would look like before they take on a form they love to choose from.
Blob Goo Creature - These goo creatures have some intelligence but arent as smart as other goo creatures like the sphere ones and unfortunately when they want to transform into a new form and find a life form they want to take shape in it takes them a bit longer to get the dna they need to transform into a new form. But these guys can have room to evolve and grow something closely related to the sphere goo and can get almost as powerful as them but just a bit behind but most dont mind this as they can blend in with other life forms out in the cosmos but like the sphere goos they are still cautious with life forms that will want to just use them to either power their machines or use them as lab rats.
