These came out yummy!!!
Ingredients
Seasoned flour
Eggs
Italian bread crumbs
Vegetable Oil
In the season flour is garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper. I don't measure my species I just add them to my liking.
Pour some vegetable oil into a saucepan, set the heat to a medium-low and allowing it to heat up.
Alright start by setting up your breading station dip your chicken into your seasoned flour, then your egg wash, and the bread. Once your oil is heated up, carefully place your chicken strips into the heated oil (I used tongs which help). Allowing your chicken to cook on one side for a few minutes, flipping it over to the other side, and if you want it crispier just leave it in the oil longer. After they're cook serve them with your favorite dipping sauce.
[b]My Buffalo Ranch Sauce[/u]
Ranch dressing
Buffalo sauce
Garlic and onion powder
Mustard powder
Just mix these in a bowl, keep trying the sauce until it's to your liking.
