Anyhow, I think Squirt here could REALLY use it, since he's so damn small (I know it's because he's a chihuahua, but still). Besides being useful for gathering info while disguised as things like couches & satellite dishes, it REALLY doesn't hurt to have fun with your rubbery body in all sorts of ways you can imagine. Who could blame ya?! Just ask DC's Plastic Man &/or Krypto The SuperDog's Stretch-O-Mutt.
I honestly have NO idea how Squirt gained Super-Elasticity here tho. I guess you can decide how since I just drew this for funsies.
