Probably the same reason alot of people hate Rattatas. Because they're everywhere! But Bidoofs isn't exactly a pokemon I hate~ if anything I just find it annoying to encounter sometimes.
The Pokemon I seem to have a seething hate towards are those confusion inducing low level zubats.
