Another movie I know nothing about the three toed sloth is from the movie cocktail

I picked this one because I had all the stuff on hand and it looked like fun

and it does help you slow down at the end of the day so try it out with our freinds over at  ~faccc2

Three toed sloth
1 oz sloe gin
1 oz cognac
1 oz creme de cacao
1 oz kahlua
2 dashes chocolate bitters
2-3 ice cubes
1 oz heavy cream
3 coffee beans to top


1 add gin, cognac, creme de caco, kahlua and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake
2 strain into serving vessel
3 if your container of heavy cream is full pour out about a third into a pitcher (you can add it back in afterwards ) and shake the heavy cream vigorously for 30 seconds
4 hold a spoon upside down over the drink with the bowl pointed down and gently pour about 1 oz of the shaken cream over the spoon so it floats as a layer ontop of the cocktail
5 top with the coffee beans (or don't I left them off)

this one was another that was okay not one I'd do again but not bad really
