Somewhere in the timeline pertaining to Juju's life story there comes a time where he ventures out, not by his own accord, to some obscure unknown Pacific islands when insisted he take a vacation. During his vacation to these small set of islands he learns how to surf from the locals. He doesn't take lessons... he doesn't even ask for tips; he just sits there watching the natives do their thing and picks up methods via instinct and diligent observance. Long story short, the locals are awestruck by his quick learned ability to brave the islands' wild, irregularly cruel waters and recall only one man whose instincts were as in tuned with mother nature's powerful waves: Chieftain Oombutuu.

Tales of this long since gone, however revered, chieftain of the islands has more myths than truth it seems; even his demise is unknown. Some say the waves simply took him, some say he disappeared into obscurity, others claim he was claimed by another fabled creature, a demon of the seas in the shape of a shark; perhaps the only thing that COULD stop a man as legendary as their claimed Chieftain Oombutuu.

Whatever the case, he remains a significant article of lore, history and pride to the islands Juju visits and is praised among them to be blessed by the spirit of this fabled champion of the people.

And yes. He surfed on a giant clam shell.
