Hehe, I love that "polar opposite twins" thing too.
One of my stories, "Exodimensional Hoofbun Flopsy", has her facing her Mysterious Evil Twin in Book 2. Neither of the two are used to pre-fight banter, with Flopsy being a sweet and innocent bean, and RH-01 trying too hard to be mean and tough like the mercenaries she was raised by.
So in Chapter 24, when RH-01 challenges Flopsy to a "rematch", her attempt at being rude backfires. Since she starts off by saying "I didn't think you'd actually show your ugly face." And Flopsy, confused, responds with "...We... we have the same face. Do you think you are ugly too? You're not, at least I don't think so." (And then RH-01 realizes a better line she could've said right in the middle of pumping herself up for a fight, which only adds to the frustration.)
(Honestly, the two interacting is an endless source of great exchanges. I'm super excited for the next few chapters, things are reaching the climax. ^_^ )
