Renata has those tattoos because he's a Maori warrior. The difference is that the lion who wrote me the letter didn't have tattoos while he was still a human being, and we must admit there are downsides to having a tattoo. But after the transformation, he had tattoos. He's just not going to bother getting them removed.

Cripto: I hear those are a pain in the butt to remove. Get them on you, and you look a lot uglier when you get older. Not to mention the stuff in the ink.

Capuno: Liwanag the Maharlika Lion has red tribal tattoos on his body as that's expected from the Maharlikas. So he and Renata are the only parallels that have tattoos on their bodies to match their warrior statuses.

Chuong: Each parallel will have their own deviations that makes them unique. For example, Levon's church sees Jesus Christ as a single divine nature without human elements. Protestants however see Him as a human as well. At one point in Armenia, people were punished if they compared Jesus Christ to humanity because they saw Him as a singular divine nature. Levon follows monophysitism, but Leo does not. Protestant sects also seem to be each influenced with different philosophical ideas.

Zax: Reformed Baptists are also known as Calvinists because their sect is influenced by the philosophy of John Calvin. There is even a landmark dedicated to it called the Reformation Wall in the Swiss city of Geneva. Ask Linart the Neutral Lion about it and he will show you. It's beautiful!
