Dorn and Arya like to play chase or "hunt" with one another.
The (mostly) human Arya stands hardly a chance against the almost fully grown Dorn obviously, and as such this is a rather common scene between the two.
What comes next one is probably able to imagine with realitve ease.
Don't worry, while the little human might looks terrified, that's mostly the adrenalin and instincts kicking in.
Before long she'll be glad to finally get to rest as this game of chase has gone on for a while no doubt.

Nah he will just lick her vigorously until she will be wet and soaked
But at least it is good to know that brother will not hurt her by any means even it is adopted siblings relationships

I mean that's just part of his little reward for managing to best his sister.
Besides, she's all gross and sweaty anyway, can't have her go to bed like that!
While they may get quite rough at times, they do take care to not hurt each other. Well Dorn mostly does as Arya probably couldn't pierce his scales if she tried (for now).
It hasn't always been this way though, very early on, when he was much younger he'd often cut her a bit on accident. One time it got extremely bad but there'll some art explaining that soon ish.
All that is to say, they had to learn to be this nice to each other.
Which, in a way, makes it even more adorable for me.

Indeed, when the big creature is trying to be careful with the little one it creates this interesting dynamic where they're almost scared to do anything.
For once they're not interacting with smaller beings with the intent to kill or otherwise hurt. Suddenly they need to hold back.
The process of learning what is and isn't too much is long and full of little wounds and bruises.
