Finally made a ref for this old character of mine. If it wasn't extremely obvious by its design, Johnny was based on Fear from Inside Out. It was meant to be like, this is my own little emotion guy going around in my head controling me when I'm watching Top 10 Scariest Gaming Creepypastas. So like... my Inside Out fursona.
I still kinda like its design though so I brought it back, only this time it's existing in the real physical world and is actually being tormented by the Top 10 Scariest Gaming Creepypastas, who are also in the real physical world with it.
I might bring back what was my version of Joy too, as Johnny's cheerful but oblivious neighbour. Her name was Maka and I honestly wasn't as attatched to her as I was to Johnny, but they were friends and Johnny was always looking out for her so I feel it would be fitting to try and work her into this new setting. Idk.

Eh, the idea is more that Johnny genuinely really IS being chased down by creepypasta-type monsters and the like, but is too polite to bother people. Like, it would be in the middle of trying to escape from the ghost of a sereal killer only for a neighbour to pop in like "hey Johnny! Are you coming to the barbecue later?" and Johnny would be like "sorry not right now I'm in the middle of something" then go right back to the antics lol
