More Basilisk, Virgo and Capricorn. Nightmare's plans may be a little vague but a captive Basilisk is happy to add detail though this may be specifically from her personal point of view. All the villains have slightly different things they want to achieve and their plans align under Nightmare's leadership. Basilisk is quite bloodthirsty and a sadistic killer with delusions of grandeur after all.

It’s good to see that the experience with Hellhound has somewhat “toughned up” Virgo.
Basilisk delusions of grandeour are actually a surprise; I mean, it was clear that she was sadic and probably convinced of her and her fellow supers superiority, but I didn’t expect her to be so close to Nightmare’s opinion of being a god; I imagined her to be more “on the ground” level, willing to work with Nightmare but only because it was like siding with the winner…
