Nurse Sombra walked up with a clipboard in his hand. He looked down and stared at the paperwork on it for a moment before speaking in a deep, rich, baritone voice.
"I have the test results. And apparently many ponies of both genders think...." He flipped to another sheet of paper on the clipboard before continuing.

Hospitals should have at least one ex-wrestler as a nurse to stand behind those kinds of guys when bad news is being given. When the guy starts to get upset and get up, the nurse puts his/her hand on his shoulder and "gently" pushes him back into his seat while making sure the guy sees who he's dealing with. I foresee an upset man saying, "Yes, sir. You were saying?"
