I'm curious as to whether or not this is the double-edged sword. Also at the rate they're going from what I've seen in the comic the leader is going to have a male ham for her packed out numbers her pack mates 50 to 1 and a few years unless they start thinning them down early
Well it's not like every Furry gets to have a harem for winning as it is a rare occurrence when it happens, but usually the volunteer Succubus gets to try out the Furry thing and Leader and her pack mates are the only ones that will be affected by the Furry's Lust in the future. Which for the most part not many of them will come back to tease the Furries that won.
Have any of the former winners ever bagged one of leaders pack to marry them or to start a family with them?
Also what happens to the volunteer girl?
You say they get to try out for a while does that mean that it's a limited term contract like oh you save her she stays with you for a month or a year if you're lucky and you guys really hit it off maybe you'll get in a relationship or something like that?
Maybe it's the one and done date I'm not sure there are so many questions that this brings up. I know Mari and Gul seem to have hit the jackpot with each other though.

It depends on her packmates if they want to get with the winner of their choosing. All Succubi are pretty much free to do what they want, there's nothing stopping them from doing that.
Most Volunteer Succubi are just interested in how fulfilling a Furry's desire is so different from a normal human's desire. Especially since every Furry have very different ideas on how an anthro body should appear and feel. Just like Leader's packmates, it's on them if they want to keep going with a relationship with a Furry. It's kind of like winning a date in game show, but it's still up to the participant and woman to decide if an actual relationship is worth pursuing or not. Just like any other relationship, some work out, some don't. How relationship is developed or pursued heavily depends on the couple in question.
