answer, easily...have you ever 'tried' to fire a shot gun one handed....its fucking imposible...even if that gun is loaded with buckshot the chance of a miss is thru the roof, and if its a slug...then even less chance of a hit...theres also the fact the cop is aparantly not even aiming...cant blaim the guy, your ina burning building, being attacked by a bastered with a saw for ahand....you try keeping your head on straight in that position
