“I know,” he said, his voice cracking with excitement.
The lioness continued: “The growth and change of every soul is inevitable, and we need to be flexible and merciful in order to stay close and keep the path to the stars. You know.. It's never too late to make amends. And it's never too late to turn to old friends.”

The sun disappears below the horizon, absorbing all the colors of a slow day.

“Now we can recreate a pride that respects all our differences and at the same time honors our unity,” she added, peering at the dusty, sun — scorched road and moving figures. Her delicate peach fur rippled, contrasting with the golden landscape. And the eyes, formerly majestic and endowed with new wisdom, have acquired sadness.
