Micheline de la Rue is a poupliquet (A Korrigan of the Dale), who has left the mountainous interior of her homeland for the coastal city of Naoned, where she has become a student at the local university. Always eager for entertainment, she spends her free time seeking out new amusements, including her most recent pastime, betting on the local jousting and horse-racing circuits. Although she has no idea what she is doing, she's having a string of luck and somehow coming out ahead in the experience.

Val's Notes: For Micheline, I wanted to lean into the feline angle. Her costume, and specifically the lace coiffe on her head, are both inspired by the traditional costume of the town of Gourin, France, where in the middle ages, there was a market dedicated to the exchange of cats!!!
