Brings back memories. I worked with our local FD when I lived in Alaska. My boyfriend at the time was a full fireman while my medical issues kept me off from joining. I drove him to the fires and also helped with the hoses post-fire and actually did find myself in a burning mobile home after the mother left her 2 young kids inside. I had been a nanny o the same children a year before and didn't think twice about going in after them. Both were unhurt tho treated for mild smoke inhalation.
