Rachel is my dog girl that was inspired from theycallhimcakes Maggie Apple-Bee.. I didn't wanna make her a full white dog, but wanted to make her a bit unique. I eventually decided a dalmation, but wanted something a bit more. So the idea came to me.
Rachel is a dj who has 'glowstick poisoning'... which means that parts of her body glow in the dark. The glow fades and changes color, and has the spots change in shape, size, and placement every night! Sometimes her spots might be hand prints or simple lines. Sometimes they're spots from running into people! But every night is a colorful show, and she aims to hit your ears as much as her body's light show does!
