Meet Poppy

This Canine Pokemon is no Mary Poppins despite her handler naming her Poppy as a nod to the character. Poppy is the mother of Nero and she brought him up to be the socialite he is today. Her Handler being a professional Pokemon Behaviorist she took to her role quickly. Making sure wild Pokemon that are troublesome, naughty learn the rules and etiquette of living with humans. In her eyes there are two options. You can be a good pet, or like a wild animal be a good meal. She looks for obedience. compliance, cleanliness, and a quick reaction time to commands among other things. Many Pokemon that are caught by young trainers are on the road, travel, and are often roughing it in the wilds or pitching tents used to their outdoor adventurous environment. That is not her clientele. She trains Pokemon for the home and work environment. Whether that's a comfort pet, therapy Pokemon, or perhaps a delivery Pokemon for a restaurant there is a different expectation. Her biggest clients are for the rich and famous who want spoiled and proper Pokemon. These Riolu are all being trained by her until their evolution where one of them will be placed in a hope of a collector of strong Pokemon. The other two have unknown fates but at least one will likely end up on her dinner plate. You can already see her eying a delinquent.
