
Essentially, you create a resume that is easy for the computer system to scan. It can save a tremendous amount of time and effort if you are applying to many jobs.

Many organizations just use human reviewers, even tech companies. With the changes in EU regulations I doubt we will see much use of AI in resume reviewing, but time will tell.
