I've wanted to get her human form made for a while and this artist did an amazing job!
My character has been called many things over the years. Daemon is the term that has stuck with her throughout all of her changes.
She started out genderless with tiny little nubby horns.
With each new rendition of the character she grew into a woman and her horns grew larger.
Now they are so large that I need to duck when going through some doorways!
The demonic choice was made when a religious relative saw a picture of my first suit head in progress (it was nothing but a skull with horns at that point) and she thought it was some kind of satanic thing.
The decision to have her be considered some sort of daemon was made then and there.
I was also beginning to figure out my sexuality and gender,
in a house where I was made to feel like being anything other than straight and feminine was wrong.
I am proud to be a somewhat butch pansexual woman, and I will show off my horns any day of the week.

We all have many sides to ourselves and no one should be forced into one single part of their identity.

-2024 update- The character is a DRAGON. The character's horns have almost grown smaller now for practical reasons (ducking when going through doorways and not being able to sit upright in a car is pretty inconvenient). However, if this was an OC I didn't have a costume of I would have continued to make the horns larger and more ridiculous.
