I pushed through the difficulty of Nine Sols and really enjoyed it. I like that Yi is a really flawed person, not just a standard hero archetype. There's a lot of depth to him.

Yes. It really was interesting to follow the development of his character. I also greatly enjoyed the references to Chinese mythology.

In all seriousness, nice work. I'm afraid I presently don't know really anything about that game, but I certainly like your work here, from the pencil-techniques used to the facial expression. :)

I've looked at the Long Play and it's awesome.

The characters are awesome.

The Story is Beautiful.

and the Music is Sick Epic Awesome.

Maybe I am mistaken, but aren't Solarians anthropomorphic cats? I think one of the in-game messages imply that they will revert to normal cats without the influence from the Fusang.

And I agree regarding the story and characters.

I seen the past comics and their are people of other animal Variety's including dogs.

it was in the Prequel comic that shown their are more different species of Solarians.

it's actually some sort of suit made of a Nano material that removes on it's own if Yi rake's off coat.

plus Yi could have also been Cybernetically enhanced with the Jade System.

right but that's not unusual. Everyone's clothes do that. Jiequan does the same thing in his fight. They're specifically making fun of his skintight black suit under his robe.

true it is a sign of roasting but still it is an interesting feature about how it would re-configure when the robes go's back on cause of the Nano material re-shapes the suit.
