Oh boy, here I go again playing with the Submission Rating until something bad happens to me. Yay!
Anyway, I feel like this might need a bit of context. I remember watching a Youtube video a couple years ago that called Bill's invention in FireRed a "fetish machine", since the purpose of the machine was to transform people into pokemon. I'm pretty sure there is a canon reason why he did this (aside from the one presented here), but I think this is funnier anyway.
