This is actually a work in progress.
Xenu is my Fellowship character. She's basically a transhumanistic humanoid alien with synthetic / cybernetic body for the most part. She's also sort of a cheetah anthro.
In our campaign, Dragons aren't necessarily the big reptiles you normally thing of, although some are. They're being that fulfill a necessary role in the world of Iso (and occasionally other worlds, but not as often). One of these Dragons was "The Challenger" who died(?) about 20 years previously. This is her after she took over his role.
Basically, I started with some customized gunpla to get the initial design down, which is pretty well mirrored here. Next step is to add some more organic bits to cover the mechanical skeleton on the arms and legs.
I should also add that she's 90" tall. Which is big to most, but also extemely big compared to the 30" tall that her best friend / QPR partner, Gilly Nibs (a Halfling / Half-Vey from the wonderful SpaceRobt).
