Headcanon: Meowth was munching on Rare Candies when he accidentally ate a Rarer Candy that got mixed in with them. The outfit? Jessie lended Meowth some spare clothes of hers.

Pretty much, although it's more so that Jessie slipped him an altered Rarer Candy to turn him into a girl (he was hoping for a big buff bod), because she wanted to dress him up.

I understand that. But if you think about it, we have never seen any males eat a Rarer Candy, human or Pokémon.

Actually, I believe Sacha has drawn some on his patreon. As for my stuff with Rarer Candy, theres the Team mask male grunts and that one admin.

How do you alter a Rarer Candy?

Probably mess with the recipe. Now the real question is how do you make a transformative candy containing the dna of most pokemon inside it? I feel like Ditto slime is a major ingredient.

So does that mean you can alter it to turn them into something like rubber or statues?

Probably not to that extent. Like, it can flip the gender but it probably can't turn them into an inanimate substance.

Honestly, I am loving the art style! It makes sense you might use once in a great while to make a nice, smoother piece like this one!

On top of that, I love the anthro Meowth design! The idea of a Rarer Candy being messed with like that is pretty hilarious but fun for a TF idea! Not gonna lie, I thought he had invented something to turn those unsuspecting targets into perfect loyal, if not sassy, Meowth girl companions for him!
