Rouge had inflated into a blueberry after eating a weird version of the fruit but after her transformation ended her eyes started to change color to blue which also caused her vision to become blue tinted then all of a sudden her mind started to be put in a hypnosis like state as all she could think of was blueberries.

Rouge: my name is rouge the blueberry, I ate a blueberry, then became a blueberry and now I have the thoughts of a blueberry

The hypnotic state she was in was causing her to feel sleepy, she then closed her eyes and dozed off to sleep dreaming about blueberries
