Bio: Born and raised on a tranquil ocean planet, Yuri was raised and taught the ways of the sea. Learning how to fish, sail and navigate the waves with her twin brother Emer, as the two seemed destined to become great aquatic hunters. However, it was a quiet life, an easy life, a... too peace for life for Yuri, as she had the desire to reach out and explore the wider universe. Given the technology at hand, why wouldn't she and luckily for her, the skills she earned on the crested waves could easily translate to mapping the ocean of the stars. Not wanting to follow in her family footsteps, Yuri sets off for the nearest spaceport as soon as she is of age, quickly joining up with a local trading guild as an apprentice navigator. After many years and traveling with numerous companions, she eventually earns her papers and title of 'Advanced Navigator and Charter'. Wanting to make her mark on the world and searching for the next goal, Yuri gives her thanks and goodbyes before departing those of that old faithful trading guild after a lengthy route to a major trade hub of the outer rim. Hopping from trade office to marketplace to local bar, Yuri perused the many bulletin boards for her next port of calling, until one caught her eye.
