Every night when the moon rises — no matter the phase — he is forced into the form of a werewolf. Every time it is a painful, exhilarating experience. He only had to tame himself from his bestial instincts the first few weeks. The rest is just a matter of accepting his fate, learning to coexist with the curse that now dictates his life.

I mean, once he's got his shit together, how does he manage scheduling his job and his sleep? The practicalities of being a daily werewolf are going to dictate breaks and clothing changes at work if he doesn't work either traditional or graveyard shifts… and even then, some times of the year moonset can be almost noon, so if he's trying to hide his nature from the public, he's probably going to have to juggle seasonal jobs, which in turn means unpredictable shifts (pardon the pun). n
Or is he publicly "out" as a werebeast? I'm sure that there's some career paths that could make use of any … unique… abilities werewolves possess -- just imagine a drug-sniffing dog who can say "Yeah, this smells like coffee but there's an undertone of cocaine in here," or "Why the fuck does this truckload of bananas smell like dryer-sheets?"
