This weeks not going to be a big drinks post since my weekends been cut short due to staffing problems at work, Now I could share the new glasswear I got and show off my 5 pints of Grog rations, Or last nights dinner of buffalo chicken poutine and beer milkshakes made at my boyfox's request but thats not really something for here. So I wanted to show off a new recipie

Now we all know The Doctors side arm which can do just about anything. Well this is that in drink form, well not really. but is a new take on the classic screwdriver trading out the OJ for flavored water and I will admit this is very tasty

so for all my freinds at  ~faccc2 if your have some time between dodging the master, why don't you mix one up and exterminate it yourself


The Sonic Screwdriver

2 oz vodka (a vanilla vodka is also really good)
1 oz blue curacao
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-3 teaspoons simple syrup
ice cubes
3-4 oz orange flavored sparkling water (I recomend walmart brand Clear American brand since I think it has the best taste but any you like)

1 in serving glass stir together vodka curacao, lemon juice and syrup
2 add ice and top with sparkling water
3 let it gradually rearrange the molecules of your mind

this was a very pleasent drink I'm currently planning to mix up a bottles worth and storing it chilled along with my grog rations for this fun filled week
